Refund policy
I have a 30-day return policy. If you receive your order and it is damaged or it is not as described, you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 30 days has lapsed since the purchase, I can't offer you a refund.
Please inspect your order when recieved and contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Only then I can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of the packaging and damaged product and email them to me.
To complete your refund, I require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. In order to return an order, you must contact me first at: stefan@studiocaptain.nl
I will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the returned items. Please provide the receipts of the shipping costs from your shipping service.
You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
